I selected the column with the values y(t) and push control to select also the column with the values t. Then in insert pick create a chart and select the dots one.

I create my values by 0,3 then I multiply each value by 60 to get wt. To get wt+ ϕ0 I multiply the values by the value of ϕ that is 22,3. Using the radians function I get the arg and using the cos function I get the cos. Finally to do y(t) I used the Graph of the cosine function.

I started by putting the picture of the forest and then adding each animal, then i eliminate the background of the pictures and scale the layers.
